We’re seeking a dynamic Junior Creative Analyst to join a high-performing team! In this role, you’ll create high-impact performance ads aimed at driving client revenue growth.
You’ll leverage data, research, and creative insights to develop effective strategies, collaborating closely with Post-Production, Production, and your Strategy Lead to produce compelling videos. Additionally, you’ll analyze creative test results and contribute to weekly strategic account planning.
1–3 years of experience
- Ability to learn quickly from training and examples, adapting new skills effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for interpreting data, drawing actionable insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- Solid project management skills, able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, with frequent usage on at least one of Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and can stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Up to $80,000.00 + bonuses based on performance of videos
- Hybrid role, in office 1 or 2 days a week in LA Arts District
