As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be on the front lines of our mission - getting future cybersecurity professionals excited about transitioning to a career in cyber security.
You’ll be looked to as a subject-matter-expert on cyber security career pathways and training – especially our #1 on-the-job Security Operation Center (SOC) hands-on training program!

SOC Training Schedule: MONDAY – THURSDAY 7:00 – 9:30pm EDT
SOC Training Location: Remote
Compensation
The value of the program, valued at $9250, paid down at an hourly rate of $15.00.
Meeting Commissions. You will be paid $25 for each scheduled completed meeting credited to your account. Meeting Commission are paid semi-monthly, one-pay period in arrears.
Enrollment Commissions. You will be paid $25 for each participant that enrolls into CyberNow Labs’ paid CDSA program that completed a scheduled meeting you arranged. These enrollment commissions are measured by the end of the month, each month, for the courses that started in that month. The commission will be paid on the 14th of the following month.
We will provide you leads, structure, software technology, and our best-practices for success.
Position Responsibilities:
- Desire and satisfaction in generating sales and desire for continued learning & development
- Complete 50-100 outbound calls per day to leads that have expressed interest in our programs
- Convert leads into enrolled students
- Achieve weekly enrollment targets
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process
- Attend admissions events and webinars as needed
- Leverage CRM system to track student pipeline
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in sales
- Proficiency with enterprise CRM and ticket management software (HubSpot preferred)
- One or more of the following credentials or degrees:
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA CySA+
CompTIA PenTest+
EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
ISC^2 Certified in Cybersecurity
Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity
